Every Bikram class is for beginners.

10 classes or more per month will leave you feeling AMAZING! With LESS STRESS, LESS BACK PAIN, MORE MOBILITY, and MORE ENERGY you will experience a BETTER MOOD, a QUITER MIND, and a HAPPIER YOU.  There are NO advanced postures. This makes yoga accessible for many who thought that perhaps it wasn't. Vinyasa Flow Class with Lakyn
Wednesday, April 24th, 11:30am-12:30pm

Vinyasa is translated in Sanskrit as “connection”. When practicing Vinyasa you will learn to connect your body with your breath. We’ll flow through & link asanas (postures) connecting movement to breath. It’s creative, dynamic and fun! We will greet the sun with sun salutations and learn to breathe through warriors. This will be a Vinyasa class for all levels.

Bikram Yoga LITE
Thursdays, 4:30pm-5:30pm

This is a one set class using the classic Bikram series of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises; some modifications and variations included. Everyone is welcome, children encouraged to attend. The heat will be on but will be lower than a regular class and the door will be opened as needed. What a great opportunity to introduce this amazing yoga to the young people in your life and show them what you do when you "go to yoga".
