Every Bikram class is for beginners.

10 classes or more per month will leave you feeling AMAZING! With LESS STRESS, LESS BACK PAIN, MORE MOBILITY, and MORE ENERGY you will experience a BETTER MOOD, a QUITER MIND, and a HAPPIER YOU.  There are NO advanced postures. This makes yoga accessible for many who thought that perhaps it wasn't. Inferno Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates is a Low Impact, High Energy workout class designed to burn calories and strengthen your whole body.
