Vinyasa Flow Class with Lakyn
Wednesday, March 13th and March 27th, 11:30am-12:30pm
Vinyasa is translated in Sanskrit as “connection”. When practicing Vinyasa you will learn to connect your body with your breath. We’ll flow through & link asanas (postures) connecting movement to breath. It’s creative, dynamic and fun! We will greet the sun with sun salutations and learn to breathe through warriors. This will be a Vinyasa class for all levels.
Kids Yoga Class with Kate
Thursday, March 14th and March 28th,
This class is a very loose format based on the classic Bikram
26 & 2; some modifications and variations included. Children of ALL AGES and their adults are welcome. The heat will be on but will be lower than a regular class and the door will be opened as needed. What a great opportunity to introduce yoga to the young people in your life and show them what you do when you "go to yoga".

“Before starting Bikram Yoga I couldn’t sit to watch my daughter’s gymnastics without incredible pain from the bulging discs in my back. Last Mother’s Day I got to be in her class with her and I felt UNSTOPPABLE!”
