Bikram Yoga LITE
Thursdays, 4:30pm-5:30pm

This is a one set class using the classic Bikram series of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises; some modifications and variations included. Everyone is welcome, children encouraged to attend. The heat will be on but will be lower than a regular class and the door will be opened as needed. What a great opportunity to introduce this amazing yoga to the young people in your life and show them what you do when you "go to yoga".
